Trial first

Every student account starts with a 30-day free trial and teacher accounts begin with a 7-day trial. We'd encourage you to use the trial fully before paying, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Refund window

If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, no questionnaire required. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 working days.

After 7 days

Beyond the 7-day window we don't refund part-used months, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you've paid for ends. If the service was materially unavailable during your billing period, contact us — we'll make it right.

Institutional licences

School and institution agreements are handled separately under the terms of the signed contract.

Uploaded material is private

When a teacher uploads a chapter, that text is stored for their use alone. We do not show it to other teachers, other schools, or anybody else. It is not published, not indexed, and not searchable.

What is shared between teachers is the questions generated from a chapter — newly written material, not extracts of anybody's book.

Who is responsible

Everyone who uploads confirms, at the point of uploading, that they own the material or may use it for teaching their own class. We record that confirmation with the account and the date.

Material is only ever made available beyond the person who uploaded it if an administrator has reviewed its licence and marked it as cleared — for example, material published under terms that permit it, or material we own.

If you are a rights holder

Write to support@geniemind.in with the subject line Copyright notice, and include:

• The work concerned — title, publisher and edition.
• Enough detail for us to identify it in our system.
• Your name, your organisation, and how we can reach you.
• A statement that you hold the rights, or act for whoever does.

We aim to respond within 3 working days. Where a notice appears well founded we remove the material from circulation immediately while we look into it — we would rather take something down and put it back than leave it up and argue.

If your material was removed

If you believe your upload was removed in error, write to the same address and tell us why. We will restore it if we agree. Removal takes material out of circulation; it does not delete your account or your other work.
